PRIVACY INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what personal data TAJAODDS processes, why it is used, how long it is retained, and the rights available to you.
Who is responsible for your data
TAJAODDS is independently operated from the Netherlands and is responsible for the processing described in this Policy. Legal and privacy inquiries may be sent to support@tajaodds.com.
TAJAODDS determines the purposes and means of the processing described here and answers privacy requests through the contact above.
Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to the TAJAODDS public website, accounts, Member features, communications, administration, security operations, and related records.
An independent service reached through a link or used to place a wager applies its own privacy terms. This Policy does not cover an independent bookmaker's processing.
Personal data we collect
The data collected depends on the features and communications you choose to use.
- Account identifiers, verified email information, display name, account status, and authentication records.
- Plan, entitlement, release-access, and subscription-readiness information.
- Saved, Watch, Private Track, timezone, appearance, and notification preferences.
- Contact messages, Support tickets, newsletter choices, and service communications.
- Security, access, enforcement, operational, publication, settlement, correction, and audit records.
- Billing and transaction data only when paid purchasing is activated and used.
Sources of personal data
Data comes from you when you register, use a feature, change a preference, contact us, subscribe to the newsletter, or make a future purchase. It also comes from service operation, such as access checks, security events, and auditable product actions.
Clerk supplies authenticated identity and session information. Supabase holds the product data used by the application. Future payment data will come from the payment provider and the transaction you initiate.
Purposes and legal bases
The legal basis depends on the purpose and circumstances. Consent is used where a genuine choice is required, not as the basis for every operation.
Legitimate interests are assessed against individual rights and expectations. Contract and legal-obligation bases are used only where applicable.
| Purpose | How data is used | Main legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account registration and authentication | Create and secure an account, authenticate sessions, and recover access. | Contract steps and performance; legitimate interests in security. |
| Service and Member-feature delivery | Provide cards, results, Saved, Watch, Private Track, preferences, and Notifications. | Contract performance. |
| Plan and entitlement administration | Apply plan limits, release rules, and feature access. | Contract performance; legitimate interests in accurate service administration. |
| Contact and Support | Receive, investigate, answer, and protect requests. | Contract steps or performance; legitimate interests; legal obligations where applicable. |
| Newsletter | Manage an optional subscription, delivery choice, and suppression. | Consent; legitimate interests or legal obligations for suppression evidence. |
| Security and abuse prevention | Protect accounts, systems, content, and users; enforce service rules. | Legitimate interests; legal obligations. |
| Audit and enforcement | Preserve accountable access, publication, settlement, correction, and restriction history. | Legitimate interests; legal obligations; legal claims. |
| Payment and billing when activated | Take payment, administer subscriptions, correct billing, prevent fraud, and keep financial records. | Contract performance; legal obligations; legitimate interests. |
| Legal obligations and claims | Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend claims. | Legal obligations; legitimate interests in legal claims. |
Account and authentication data
Clerk processes account registration, sign-in, session, and account-security information. TAJAODDS receives the identifiers and verified account details needed to recognize the user and secure the request.
Passwords and sign-in credentials are handled through Clerk. Do not send them to TAJAODDS through Contact or Support.
Membership and entitlement data
Supabase stores the internal profile, plan assignments, entitlements, release access, feature usage, and account status needed to provide the Member service.
Plans and permissions are applied by trusted service controls. Browser labels or user-supplied role claims do not determine access.
Betting-card interactions and Private Track
The service records Saved and Watch relationships and the card interactions needed for the feature selected. Private Track may include a Member-entered stake, currency, optional odds, and the linked publication.
Private Track remains within the authenticated Member experience and is not included in public verified performance or shared with other Members through the service.
Saved, Watch, preferences, and Notifications
Saved and Watch relationships, appearance and timezone preferences, notification preferences, in-app notifications, read state, and announcement dismissals are processed when those features are used.
Notification preferences default to Off where configured that way. An in-app notification is separate from optional newsletter consent and future transactional email delivery.
Contact and Support
Contact may include your name, contact email, optional account email, category, subject, message, timestamps, status, and limited security fingerprints. Support may include account context, ticket messages, category, status, and resolution history.
Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to handle the request, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
Newsletter and marketing communications
Newsletter subscription is optional and consent is separate from registration and service notifications. Members are never subscribed automatically.
You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time by using the unsubscribe function. A minimized unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to honor the opt-out and prevent unwanted delivery.
No newsletter delivery provider is currently active. This Policy will be updated before a provider begins processing newsletter data.
Payment and billing data
Paid purchasing is currently unavailable, so no active payment provider processes subscription payments for TAJAODDS. Billing tables contain plan and readiness configuration but no current customer, subscription, or transaction records.
Before payment is activated, this Policy will identify the payment provider and relevant processing. TAJAODDS will use transaction references, subscription status, billing period, invoice and refund information, and limited payment metadata needed to administer the contract. Full payment-card credentials will be handled by the payment provider, not stored in TAJAODDS product tables.
Security, fraud, and abuse prevention
Authentication events, account status, rate-limit signals, access decisions, audit events, security fingerprints, and enforcement records may be used to protect accounts, detect misuse, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, and enforce the Terms.
Security records are access-restricted and are not used to create advertising profiles.
Cookies and browser storage
Clerk uses essential authentication and security cookies. TAJAODDS uses a functional appearance cookie and limited browser storage for support-region, timezone, and billing-period preferences, one-session announcement presentation, and selected Member or Staff recovery features.
Essential account and security technologies do not depend on optional consent. No optional Analytics provider, advertising cookie, referral-attribution profile, tracking pixel, or session-replay technology is currently active.
Any future optional Analytics technology requires consent before activation. Consent can be changed or withdrawn through Cookie settings in the public footer. See the Cookie Policy for the verified inventory and preference controls.
Service providers and recipients
Only providers that currently process data for the service are listed below. Access by each provider is limited to its operational purpose.
Data may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and security, to handle a legal claim, or as part of a properly governed business transfer.
| Provider | Role | Data and purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Clerk | Authentication and account-session provider | Authentication identifiers, sign-in details, session and security information. Account registration, sign-in, sign-out, and session protection. |
| Supabase | Product database and storage infrastructure | Profiles, plans, entitlements, Member activity, communications, security, and auditable product records. Secure product-data storage and service operations. |
International transfers
Clerk and Supabase may process personal data in countries outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area, depending on the final provider account, region, support, and subprocessor configuration.
Where a restricted international transfer applies, TAJAODDS will use an applicable safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses, and will complete the required transfer review before paid launch. You may contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
Retention schedule
Personal data is kept only for the identified purpose, the period needed to provide the service, and any applicable legal, security, dispute, or integrity requirement. Deletion is not instant and some records must be retained or anonymized rather than removed.
The current retention periods are set out below. A lawful hold or mandatory recordkeeping rule may require a longer period in a specific case.
| Data category | Retention period or criterion |
|---|---|
| Active account and profile data | For the lifetime of the account. |
| Ordinary account and profile data after approved deletion | Delete or anonymize within 30 days where no lawful exception applies. |
| Deleted data remaining in backups | Up to 90 days after deletion from active systems. |
| Closed Contact messages | 24 months after closure. |
| Closed Support tickets | 24 months after closure. |
| Security and access logs | Normally 12 months. |
| Confirmed security-incident records | Until resolution and then up to 24 months. |
| Enforcement and account-restriction records | 24 months after closure or account termination. |
| Newsletter consent evidence | While subscribed and up to 5 years after the final consent-related event. |
| Newsletter unsubscribe and suppression records | As long as reasonably necessary to honor the opt-out and prevent unwanted delivery. |
| Billing, transaction, invoice, and tax records | At least 7 years when applicable, or 10 years where a lawful requirement applies. |
| Legal claims and disputes | For as long as needed to establish, exercise, or defend the claim. |
| Publication, settlement, correction, and audit history | Retained for product integrity, dispute resolution, security, and lawful recordkeeping, with identifiers minimized when no longer needed. |
Account closure and deletion
You may request account closure or deletion by contacting TAJAODDS. We will verify the request proportionately, review applicable exceptions, and coordinate the active account and product records.
Where no lawful exception applies, ordinary account and profile data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after an approved deletion. Deleted data may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days. Financial, security, dispute, suppression, enforcement, and immutable product-integrity records may be retained for their applicable period with identifiers minimized where possible.
Security
TAJAODDS uses measures including authenticated access, server-side authorization, restricted database privileges, Row Level Security, narrow service operations, validation, rate limits, and auditable records.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use secure sign-in methods, keep devices protected, and do not send credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through forms.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
Rights may have lawful limits, including protection of other people, security, legal claims, mandatory retention, and immutable record integrity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Exercising your rights
Send a clear request to support@tajaodds.com or use the Contact page. State the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to locate the relevant account or communication.
Verified requests are normally answered within one month. Where the law permits an extension for a complex or numerous request, you will be informed within the first month. We may request only the additional information reasonably needed to verify identity and protect another person's data.
Complaints to a supervisory authority
Please contact TAJAODDS first if you have a privacy concern so it can be reviewed. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence, workplace, or the place of an alleged infringement.
In the Netherlands, the supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Using a complaint process does not remove any other judicial or administrative remedy available to you.
Automated decision-making and profiling
TAJAODDS does not currently make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing, and it does not create advertising or referral-attribution profiles.
Automated access checks apply plan, entitlement, account-status, and security rules needed to provide and protect the service. These controls do not make betting decisions for Members.
Children and age restrictions
The service is for people who are at least 18 or the higher legal gambling age that applies in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to children.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so the circumstances can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Business transfers
Personal data may be transferred as part of a proposed or completed sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service. Any recipient must use the data consistently with applicable law and the notices and safeguards that apply to the transfer.
Where required, affected individuals will be informed of a change in controller or a material change in processing.
Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when processing, providers, retention, countries served, law, or Member features change. The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page.
Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel where required. A new provider will not begin processing until the provider registry and relevant disclosures have been reviewed and updated.
Contact
Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to support@tajaodds.com or submitted through the Contact page.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, betting-account credentials, or unnecessary identity documents.
