Terms of Service

TAJAODDS is independently operated from the Netherlands. It provides sports betting information, football statistics, analysis, educational content, betting tips, betting cards, reports, recorded odds, published and settled results, and Member tools.

These Terms form the agreement governing access to TAJAODDS, Member features, and any subscription purchased from TAJAODDS. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing access, you agree to the version of these Terms presented to you.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, use Member features, or purchase a subscription. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in the jurisdiction where you live or access the service, whichever is higher. You must also be legally capable of entering into this agreement.

The service is not directed to children. You must not allow a person who does not meet the applicable age requirement to use your account.

TAJAODDS may be accessible from multiple countries, subject to local law, service availability, payment-provider availability, and restrictions applied by TAJAODDS. Access from a location does not mean the service is lawful or offered there.

You are responsible for confirming that betting and betting-related information are lawful where you live and where you access the service. Do not use the service if doing so would be unlawful.

TAJAODDS sells access to informational content and Member tools. The service provides analysis and educational information only and does not make betting decisions for you.

Information is not financial, investment, legal, medical, or clinical advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use it.

TAJAODDS is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, bookmaker, or betting exchange. It does not accept, place, arrange, or facilitate wagers, and it does not operate betting accounts or pay winnings.

Any wager is a separate transaction between you and an independent third-party operator chosen by you.

TAJAODDS does not hold gambling funds, customer balances, deposits, or winnings. Subscription payments pay only for access to content and Member features.

A payment to TAJAODDS does not create a betting account, gambling balance, investment account, escrow relationship, or custodial relationship.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to bypass access controls. We may require reasonable verification to protect an account or respond to a rights request, but we will not request unnecessary identity documents.

Plans determine access to content, release windows, plan limits, and Member features. The plan and feature information shown before purchase forms part of the offer presented to you.

Access remains subject to the current plan, entitlement, publication state, release time, and reasonable security controls. A plan does not promise a particular sporting outcome or a fixed number of events outside its stated allowance.

Cards and reports may be released at different times for different plans. Release labels describe access timing and do not guarantee that a match, market, price, or third-party service will remain available.

Content may be corrected, replaced, withdrawn, settled, or made unavailable where necessary for accuracy, integrity, law, safety, or service operation. Published history is not silently rewritten.

The price, billing period, currency, and any applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Prices are not hardcoded into these Terms and may differ by plan, billing period, territory, or lawful tax treatment.

Price changes require clear advance notice. Where applicable law requires it, a material price change will allow you to cancel before the new price applies.

When paid purchasing is available, monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. The renewal price and billing period will be disclosed before purchase and in any legally required renewal notice.

You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for each renewal, subject to the disclosures and rights that apply to your contract.

You may cancel online without having to telephone. Cancellation is recorded when submitted, stops the next renewal, and does not normally end paid access immediately.

Monthly access continues until the end of the current paid monthly period. Annual access continues until the end of the current paid annual period. A clear confirmation and the applicable end date will be provided.

Consumers who enter into a distance contract may have a statutory withdrawal right, often for 14 days under European consumer law. The exact right depends on your location and whether the contract concerns an ongoing digital service, digital content, or another type of supply.

If you expressly request an ongoing digital service to begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, a proportionate amount may be payable for the service supplied before withdrawal where the law permits. For digital content, a withdrawal right may end after supply begins only where the legally required prior consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation have been provided. Access beginning does not by itself mean that every withdrawal right is lost.

When paid contracts are available, eligible withdrawal requests will be supported through a clear electronic function. You may also contact support@tajaodds.com.

Cancellation does not normally produce a prorated refund for the remaining part of a paid billing period. Refunds and remedies required by law remain available.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, and payments taken incorrectly will be investigated and corrected. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory right to a refund, price reduction, repair, replacement, or other remedy.

An add-on is optional access purchased in addition to an eligible plan. Its content, price, billing period, eligibility, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

An add-on does not create a wagering service or guarantee that any selection, card, or report will produce a successful outcome.

A betting card may include selections, football statistics, reports, kickoff details, suggested units, recorded odds, release information, publication history, and an accepted settlement result.

Recorded odds show information captured at a stated time. They are not live offers and may differ from prices available through an independent operator. Published and settled records may include explicit, auditable corrections.

Fixtures, team information, markets, statistics, odds, and results may come from or depend on third-party sources. They can change, be delayed, or contain errors or omissions.

You must verify current prices, market rules, settlement terms, event status, and account restrictions directly with the independent operator before making any decision.

No prediction, report, result, category, recorded price, or statistic guarantees a winning bet, profit, financial return, or other outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

Football events and betting markets are uncertain. You accept that losses are possible and remain responsible for every wager placed with a third party.

Use betting information responsibly and only where lawful. Set limits before betting, do not chase losses, do not borrow to gamble, and never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

If gambling is causing harm or feels difficult to control, stop and seek help from a qualified local support service. TAJAODDS is not an emergency, counselling, or clinical service.

Saved, Private Track, Watch, and Notifications are organizational Member tools. They do not place a wager, change a published card, alter a result, or expand access beyond the applicable entitlement.

Private Track entries remain private to the authenticated Member experience. Notifications depend on service and Member preferences and are not guarantees that you will receive time-sensitive information before an event changes.

You must use the service lawfully and in a way that respects its security, content, systems, and other users.

• Do not bypass access controls or seek protected content without entitlement.
• Do not scrape, automate, copy at scale, reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, or overload the service without written permission.
• Do not introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use the service for fraud, or submit unlawful or abusive communications.
• Do not resell, republish, or commercially exploit protected cards or reports without permission.

The TAJAODDS brand, original reports, product design, software, written content, and other protected materials belong to TAJAODDS or the relevant rights holder.

While your account and entitlement remain valid, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use protected content for your own non-commercial use. No ownership is transferred.

You remain responsible for communications, feedback, and other material you submit. Do not submit confidential credentials, payment-card details, unlawful content, or material you have no right to share.

You may give feedback voluntarily. You permit us to use non-confidential feedback to improve the service without identifying you publicly, subject to applicable privacy law.

Authentication, data infrastructure, and any future payment services are supplied by independent providers under their own terms. Bookmakers, sportsbooks, casinos, and betting exchanges are also independent from TAJAODDS.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TAJAODDS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling company.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, third-party failures, sporting changes, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access.

We may add, change, suspend, or retire features for legitimate operational, security, legal, or product reasons. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide the notice and remedies required by law.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful use, serious or repeated breach, non-payment, or harm to the service or others.

Where appropriate, we will consider the circumstances, give notice, and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be required for urgent security, legal, or safety reasons.

You may request account closure through the available account or contact channel. Closure does not automatically erase every record, end an unresolved payment obligation, or alter immutable publication and settlement history.

Personal data is deleted or anonymized according to the Privacy Policy, subject to security, financial, legal, dispute, and record-integrity requirements.

The service is provided for information and education. To the extent permitted by law, no promise is made that content will always be complete, current, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or available without interruption.

These qualifications do not exclude responsibilities or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Subject to mandatory law, TAJAODDS is not responsible for betting losses, decisions made with independent operators, changes in third-party prices or terms, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any lawful limitation will be applied fairly in light of the service and the loss involved.

Where lawful and fair, you may be responsible for reasonable losses directly caused by your deliberate unlawful use, infringement of another person's rights, or serious breach of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to compensate TAJAODDS for matters outside the consumer's control or waive a mandatory right or defence.

Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. This may include major network failure, provider outage, natural disaster, war, civil emergency, government action, or widespread sporting cancellation.

This section does not remove any refund, termination, or other right that mandatory consumer law provides.

TAJAODDS may transfer this agreement as part of a lawful sale, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the business, provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory consumer rights and any required notice is given.

You may not transfer your personal account or subscription without our written agreement, except where applicable law gives you that right.

Please send a clear description of a complaint to support@tajaodds.com or use the Contact page. Include the relevant account email, transaction reference, or publication reference, but do not send passwords, access tokens, betting credentials, or unnecessary identity documents.

We will review complaints fairly and provide information about an available external complaint or dispute process where required by law.

Dutch law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the consumer's country of residence.

Competent courts in the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer law permits or requires proceedings elsewhere. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so the issue can be reviewed. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator, consumer authority, or alternative dispute process available under mandatory law.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, provider, business, or service changes. The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page.

Material changes affecting an existing paid contract will be communicated in advance where required. Reacceptance will be requested where the nature of the change or applicable law requires it.

If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The affected part will be interpreted or adjusted only as far as needed to make it lawful and effective.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. A waiver applies only when clearly given for the specific situation.
